Our first package includes any three rooms and a hall. Additional rooms can be added for $39 per room and steps can be added for $3 a step.
The Silver Carpet Cleaning package includes the following services:
- Clean traffic patterns only; no furniture moving
- Apply pre-conditioner to carpet to loosen soil
- Pretreat all spots prior to cleaning
- Rake or groom carpet pile
- Free bottle of spot cleaner on completion
- 10% off same-day furniture cleaning
Gold Carpet Cleaning
Cost: $262
This package also includes any three rooms and a hall. The Gold package includes additional services for each room. Additional rooms for this package are $64 per room and steps can still be added for $4 a step.
We recommend this package for pet owners, but keep in mind, INTEK does not guarantee that we can remove all pet hair with a thorough vacuuming.
Gold package services include:
- Clean traffic patterns in each designated room; no furniture moving
- Vacuum the carpets prior to cleaning
- Apply a pre-conditioner to carpet to loosen soil
- Pretreat all spots to assist in their removal
- Apply fiber protector after cleaning
- Rake or groom carpet pile
- Use dryers to help speed dry; removed at end of job
- Free bottle of spot cleaner on completion
- Free spot removal on cleaned carpet within 5 days
- 15% off same-day furniture cleaning
Platinum Carpet Cleaning
Cost: $305
This package is our top service offering and another great option for pet owners. It includes any three rooms and a hall plus many different services. Additional rooms are $76 per room and steps can be added for $4 a step.

- Vacuum the carpets prior to cleaning
- Apply a pre-conditioner to carpet to loosen soil
- Pretreat all spots prior to cleaning
